Embassy Day!

Thanks to our wonderful coordinator, Taz, the Embassy went extremely smoothly. We raised our right hand and took the oath. All the paperwork is approved to process the visa. Tomorrow is the baby's Embassy medical appointment and Wednesday we go back to the Embassy and the "baby" is interviewed and we get the visa. But Taz said it is official today and the rest is formality. Our paperwork is approved. So, today Yamato became ours and will be headed home to the USA and we will contact the court when we get home to make it official in the USA too with his finalization. We are so happy to be a family of four. Savannah's behavior was perfect for two hours at the Embassy. There was no DVD allowed, no food, no drinks, no toys. They are very strict. She was much better there than at the Imperial Palace. Let's see how she does at the his doctor's appointment and back to the Embassy on Wednesday. We are really very lucky how well-behaved she is. Her behavior since she has turned three has not been as good as in the past with her new found word "no." But, in the realm of toddlers, she really is very well behaved. We love her so much and she is going to be the best big sister ever. Seth slept a bit better last night. Even though we are sleepy, we are on cloud nine with our children--our beautiful daughter and our new precious son!
