Seth is doing great with tummy time and it seems like he can hold his head up higher than ever. He has great stability and will soon be able to do more things. He also enjoys more of his toys now--like the tummy time mat with the mirror and rotating toys, his mobile on the changing table, and his swing. I am such a happy mommy that he likes the swing now and will even nap in it. The swing was a lifesaver with Savannah. He is reaching for objects too--toys, jewelry, clothing, and hair. He has quite a grip too. He still loves to bounce and that is what really calms him down and makes him happy. Daddy found a bouncer with a remote control, so we bought it. I also got him an exersaucer. I know he will use it soon and will love it.

Growing Up
It is definitely bittersweet to watch your children grow up. Part of you wants them to stay babies forever and the other part can't wait to see them grow, mature, develop, etc. It is very exciting. Savannah is 3 years and 2 months and she is definitely not a baby anymore and the transformation has happened in the last 6-8 weeks (or seems to). We don't know if it is turning 3, becoming a big sister, experiencing all she has, or a combination. She is an amazing little girl. We love her with all our heart. She has blossomed from a baby to an expressive, independent, free-thinking, decision making littl (big) girl. She had her three year check up yesterday and she is now 75th percentile for weight (33 lbs with clothes) and 50% for height (37 inches). She has just about caught up. She can do all the motor skills. Now it is just her expressive language which is getting more and more expressive everyday. She is happy and healthy and that is what matters in the long run. Savannah, we are so proud of you and lucky to have you as our daughter and Seth is fortunate to have a big sister as awesome as you!
Seth is growing up so rapidly too. He is 11 weeks and his smiles and expressions are so exciting. He is in the best mood after his first bottle of the morning. He will just lay on the boppy and smile and coo. He is starting to reach and grab for things too. His little feet are always kicking and he is obviously longer on the baby changer. We weighted him on our scale and he weighed in at 12.6 lbs. He is so alert and interactive. He still fits in his 0-3 month clothes but soon will be moving on to the next size. Don't grow up too fast baby boy!

LOVE
There is so much love in our lives and we are surround by the love of our children, the love of our family and the love of our friends. Nothing fills my heart with more joy then the love between our children. Savannah truly loves her baby brother. It is amazing to watch their love and relationship grow. Unfortunately, I missed her kissing him everytime, but she was playing with him and giving him toys and dolls on the tummy time mat. She loves to share with him, help me with him and kiss him. I love her expressions, even though I missed the kisses. We are so fortunate to be so rich in love.

We Did Not Want Papa to Go
Here are some pictures from Memorial Day weekend and such. My dad's birthday was great and he had a surprise visitor too. Everyone loved having him here and the time went really fast and we were so sad to see him go, especially Savannah (and me).

Funny girl put a smile on her cheek
Savannah painted Papa a card from her and Seth and had to give it to Papa in the morning still in her nightgown
