Just to compare, this was her FIRST day of preK.  She has grown up A LOT and you don't even realize it.
First day at PreK  Sept. 2010

It is hard to believe that Savannah's preK year at Oak Grove Montessori is over.  It went very fast and feels like she just started and we were anticipating this big step her life and education.  We could not have made a better decision.  The growth in so many ways that occurred this year is a amazing.  Savannah's confidence, maturity and learning has soared in leaps and bounds.  It is amazing how much she knows and has learned.  She has a love of learing and yearing to do more.  Her excitment is contagious.  It such the right and perfect environment for her.  We are so happy for her and proud of her accomplishments.  We are so fortunate to be able to provide her with this educational opportunity and to be part of this educational community.

The last day of PreK was very special.  Her teachers prepared a memory book with photos and pieces of work from each season.  The growth and development is evident with every turn of the page.  It is laminated and each picture and piece of work was chosen with care.  It is so touching and meaningful.  I will cherish it forever.

On June 25th the are having an end of year party and then there will be a summer playgroup.  Before we know it, September will be here and my "baby girl" will be a big kindergartener.
