Wacky Wednesday

Ready to go to school for Wacky Wednesday

Savannah (and I) did a real stretch today to dress "wacky" for Wacky Wednesday at her school.  They were reading a book called Wacky Wednesday, so today was the day to wear mismatced clothes, socks, shoes, patterns, colors, backwards, pj's, crazy hairdos, funny hats, etc.  Savannah, being Type A and OCD had trouble nto matching.  She just couldn't wear stripes and dots, so picked two Hanna Andersson striped items of clothing that don't go together but both have stripes.  She agreed to wear one pink and one purple sock and two different shoes.  She would not do wacky hair style, just multiple bows that did not match and a non-matching necklace.  She had fun, but was looking forward to taking and off and matching again when she got home. 

I am trying to upload our Memorial Day photos, but Blogger only lets you pick one at a time and is slow to upload, but I will get them up soon.  We had a great time with my dad, celebrating his birthday and going to Block Island and Mystic.  Many cute photos to come!
