We had a wonderful 4th of July dinner. The skies cleared out and we went downtown to Sake for dinner. It was so crowded because there was a music festival in the park. It was fun and lively. We had so much fun at the Japanese restaurant. The food was delicious. We had tempura, maki rolls, and teppanyaki. Yum! The staff and other customers again thought our children were precious. Savannah enjoyed her bowl of sticky rice and lettuce. Seth had some formula and fell asleep. Afterwards we went to Popovers for some dessert and brought back chocolate chip cookies. Seth did not have any. But, "Cookie Monster" a.k.a. Savannah kept saying, "Cookies, Where are you?" I had them in the baby bag and as soon as we got back she said, "I want cookies, please." She can definitely express herself now. Savannah played Play-Doh and watched Wubbzy and we all went to sleep. Our little night owl! She is still sleeping, but we hope she gets up soon so we can go to the beach. She kept saying she wants to go to the beach. We are getting a late start, but that is ok and normal for us.
Savann and Seth both looking out the window watching the stormy weather and pass and the clear skies roll in.
Mommy showing Seth how to use chopsticks. He later knocked them on the floor. Good try.
