A Dino-myte Day!

Yesterday we had planned to go to the beach, but by the time we got up, out, moving, packed up, etc. we would have arrived around 3:30 or 4:00 p.m., so we decided to have a change of plans. Instead, we went to The Dinosaur Place. It is really amazing and far surpassed expectations. I have wanted to go for a long time, but did not know it was that extensive and has so much to do. It has a splashpad with sprinklers and water, a huge playground for all ages, trails to walk on where you can "see" dinosaurs, picnic grounds, two stores, a restaurant, a museum, and children's activities. It is fun and educational. Savannah has a great time and we stayed until they closed. When the kids get a little older I will get a season pass, since it is only about 35 minutes away. After the Dino Place we picked up pizza and my dad and Sheila are here for the next two days. Yeah! Savannah was so excited to see them. Seth is doing awesome and is still sleeping at 9:00 a.m. Whoo Hoo! My good and long sleeper may be returning.
